Precautions for installing hydraulic control valve in water supply pipeline

In our domestic and industrial water supply pipelines, there are many valves that are commonly used to control water supply pipelines. Among them, elastic seat seal gate valves, hydraulic control valves , exhaust valves, check valves, etc., for better application of our company. The series of hydraulic control valve products produced by our customers should be selected and installed according to the medium type, pressure and temperature when selecting the hydraulic control valve.

1. When selecting the hydraulic control valve, the customer should check the model parameters and performance requirements of the valve to see if it meets the specifications in our project and check whether the product has a complete certificate and label.

2. Before installing our hydraulic control valve, check the appearance, quality, hydraulic strength and tightness of the hydraulic control valve to ensure that there is no leakage during use.

Third, during the installation process should pay attention to the installation position and elevation, and in accordance with the valve body indicator arrow and the direction of the water flow inlet and outlet, the installation may not be normal.

4. During the installation process, it should be installed at the main office, set the support bracket, and the valve should not be subjected to excessive load, otherwise the valve will be damaged.
